North East Biblical Counselling Interest group is a friends of Biblical Counselling UK group.

We are a group which meets termly throughout the year and includes others from churches across the northeast region. Organised by Jane Bishop, Hannah Greenshields and Elly Strange who have all completed biblical counselling certificate courses; meetings are open to anyone interested in biblical counselling and its application to the local church.
We aim to equip and help one another to do good conversational ministry and pastoral care by helping each other understand God’s word and the way in which God changes people. We long to see growth of wisdom and maturity in our everyday Christian lives and in the lives of those with whom we walk, side by side.
All are welcome to our meetings which usually take place on a Sunday afternoon at Christ Church Newcastle.
